Catering to a variety of needs, Seymour Studios offers a simple pricing structure based on duration. 

• 3 months+ $385-405 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.
• 6 months+ $365-375 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.
• 12 months+ $350 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.

Note:

• Weekly rent covers all bills, including high speed WiFi.
• There is an additional fee of $50 per week, should a couple occupy a room. There is limited availability for couples due to Victorian regulations. 
• Rooms with a private laundry attract a higher weekly rate.

This property is managed by a registered Property Manager who will manage and execute the Victorian lease agreement.

There is frequent communal cleaning scheduled, gardening maintenance and weekly bin management.

Should there be a requirement for cleaning of tenanted rooms, this can be requested and quoted based on the needs of the occupant.
