Catering to a variety of needs, Seymour Studios offers a simple pricing structure based on duration. 

3 months+ $385-405 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.

6 months+ $365-375 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.

12 months+ $350 per room, per week, x1 tenant only.

Should a shorter term be required, please feel free to make an enquiry.

Note, there is an additional fee of $50 per week, should a couple occupy a room. There is limited availability for couples due to regulations. 

This property is managed by a registered Property Manager who will manage and execute the Victorian lease agreement.

There is frequent communal cleaning scheduled. Should there be a requirement for cleaning of private spaces, this can be requested and quoted based on the needs of the tenant.
